Getting your bat to us
Post it in
Order your repair online, wrap the bat in bubble wrap or pop it in a box with your name and order number, and post it to us. Return postage is paid at checkout.

Bring it to JPG HQ during opening hours and we'll check it over with you. No need to order your repair online first.

Questions
How long do repairs take?
Usually 4 to 5 weekdays, depending on the workload and the repair. Drop it in on Monday and it's usually ready to collect by Friday afternoon.
Does the repair include return postage?
Return postage is paid at checkout and we send the bat back to your door. You just need to get it to us: wrap it in bubble wrap or pop it in a box and post it to 8 Brodie St, Rydalmere NSW 2116.

Yes, we repair any brand of bat.

We make bats too. Every pre-made bat is photographed, weighed and listed on its own, so the bat you see is the bat you get.
