Questions
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes. It is emailed, so there is no delivery cut-off. Choose 25 December as the send date and it reaches them on Christmas Day.
How do they choose their bat?
Their email has a code for that bat. They design it online, picking the weight, handle and stickers, and the code makes the bat free at checkout.
Do they pay the $50 booking at JPG HQ?
No. A gifted bat comes with a booking code, so the session is free to book.
What if the price goes up?
A gifted bat is locked in at the price you paid for that grade. We cover the difference.
Not sure which grade?
Pick any grade or amount. With a gifted bat they can move up a grade and pay the difference.
Can it go towards knocking in or extras?
A gift card amount covers anything. A gifted bat covers the bat, so add an amount too for extras.
How long does a custom bat take?
Custom bats take up to 2 weeks. At JPG HQ they take it home the same day.
