Each helmet is made to order in the UK with your logo and colours. Allow 6 weeks from order to dispatch, then we send them to your club.

Questions
Before you order
Can I mix models, colours and sizes and still get the discount?
Yes. The discount counts every custom club helmet on the order. Three helmets of any mix gets 10% off all three, ten of any mix gets 20% off all ten, and so on.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The club discount is applied automatically at checkout once the order has three or more custom helmets. If you also have another discount code, checkout will apply whichever gives you the bigger saving.
How long does it take?
Allow 6 weeks from order to dispatch. Every helmet is made to order by Masuri in the UK, so your club's logo and colours are applied to the same standard as the helmets worn at the top level.
What logo file should I upload?
Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG) or a high resolution PNG give the sharpest result. The on-page preview works with PNG, JPG and SVG. PDF, AI and EPS files are still attached to your order, they just do not preview on the page.
Which size should I choose?
Measure around the head just above the ears and eyebrows.
Junior Small: 510 to 540mm
Junior Large: 540 to 570mm
Senior Small: 550 to 580mm
Senior Medium: 580 to 600mm
Senior Large: 600 to 620mm
Senior Extra Large: 620 to 640mm
The helmet should sit firmly with no front to back or side to side movement, and the chin strap fits on the chin, not under it.
Can I order a single helmet?
Yes. One helmet is the standard price. The club discount starts at three.
Does it come with a neck protector?
Yes. Every custom club helmet comes pre-fitted with the Masuri StemGuard Lite 2.0 as standard for 2026/27.
Which models can have a Painted Shell?
All models except E Line Steel, which is available in Cloth + Embroidery only.
