JPGavan started when our founder was 16, making and repairing bats after school. At 18 he spent two weeks in a bat factory in India learning the craft properly. Fourteen years on, every JPGavan bat is still shaped by hand in the same Sydney workshop - and they're now trusted by elite players at the top of Australian cricket.
