It is naturally lightweight (low density) which allows for a bigger, lighter, end product. This wood can generally be made into lightweight, full shapes. This wood is selected on performance and density, rather than how it looks.

The Willow: The Professional Plus is hand selected Grade 1+ English Willow. It is high quality wood with 10+ straight, mostly clean grains. These bats generally have nice harder heartwood towards the edges, which is highly sought after by top players. If you're looking for the best grains on your bat, you cannot go past the Professional Plus. Stock is limited.

The Willow: The Limited Edition willow is Grade 1 English Willow. It is high quality wood with 6-9 straight, mostly clean grains.

The Willow: Our Test willow is Grade 2 English Willow. The best willow at this price in the market, offering nice grains with small imperfections. 

The Willow: The Performance willow is Grade 3 English Willow. This willow is great on a budget, offering no frills performance. I grade willow with some imperfections and slightly wonky grain structure.
