November questions
I booked in November for a December date. Do I get the price?
No. The November price is for sessions held between 1 and 30 November.
Does the $50 deposit still come off?
Yes. It comes off the November price of the bat you choose on the day.
What if the grade I want sells out before my session?
Stock above is live. If a grade you want is low, call us on +61 451 293 028 before your session.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. There is room for up to 3 people.
Can I finish or collect an online order in a session?
No. Sessions are for bats chosen and bought on the day. Online orders are made and sent separately.
How do I change or cancel my time?
Use the link in your booking email. Cancelling within 24 hours of your session forfeits the deposit.
Where are you?
JPG HQ, 8 Brodie Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116. About 30 minutes from the Sydney CBD. If the shop is closed when you arrive, press the doorbell.
